Its not just our space that we see as art, it’s our food and drinks as well. Helmed by Executive Chef, Alex Espinal, we bring you Contemporary Puerto Rican cuisine centered around our locally sourced, bayahonda mesquite fired, American Grill Works grill that is always fresh, very often wholly local, and all at once creative, humble and unique. Our dinner menu typically features 4 to 5 main courses and a special or 2 depending on what goodness the local fisherman, farmers, urban foragers, and our staff bring through the doors on a particular day. Our cocktail game is also serious business. Ingenuity reigns as classic cocktails that get a breath of new life with fresh local ingredients and Caribbean inspired touches.

The Cafe at Placita is open daily from 7am-12pm for coffees and pastries. Placita is open for dinner from 5pm-10pm Thursdays to Mondays.
**During Christmas & New Years Placita will be open 7 days/week from Thursday, December 19, 2024 to Sunday, January 5th, 2025. Placita will be closed for Three Kings Day, Monday, January 6th, 2025 and then back to normal days closed of Tuesdays & Wednesdays**
